  Very unprofessional, as an RN, I found the office staff unaware of what insurance they do or do not accept. I made an appointment asked the 'insurance' expert who took my BCBS ID number and I was told two weeks before my scheduled appointment that they did indeed take my insurance. Fast forward to the day of my appointment, I happened to call to reaffirm the time of my appointment I was put on an extensive hold and told of my precise appointment time. I was then asked to repeat my insurance ID number etc. etc. I was then told that I had a personal issue with my insurance.I asked her to please clarify what she meant by a personal issue. I am covered by medical insurance that is for all teachers, administrators and families for the state of Georgia Board of Education. I assured her I had met all deductibles, copays for the 2017 calendar. The 'office' manager, Steven, proceeded to grab the phone from the receptionist and started speaking to me in a very condescending manner. I tried to ascertain why this had not been brought to my attention in the 14 days since I had made the initial appointment. He told me he was the office manager and not just the 'Piss' collector. Needless to say I was taken aback at his lack thereof of any professional conduct. He told me I was no longer welcome at His office and slammed the phone on me. I have written this review to forewarn others of the lack of knowledge and the lack of professionalism.
